Requirements

• Nursing clinical experience on a medical surgical unit is required.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Good understanding of business strategy and data analysis techniques.

• Savvy with Microsoft Program: Excel, PPT and MS.Word.

• Business management experience or related field is a plus.

• Master degree in nursing is a plus.
