ECG Training Course
The course is designed to make ECG learning more accessible to interested individuals who want to strengthen their understanding and practical knowledge in this area.
The course is hosted on Knoova, our Learning Management System (LMS), allowing participants to access the training through an organised online learning platform.
The ECG course is available as part of a combo package for individuals who register for our BLS/CPR training, giving participants the opportunity to build both emergency response and additional clinical knowledge as part of their learning journey.

Core Service Offering: Care Enterprise
At Utopian Healthcare, training does not end when a student completes a programme. Through our Care Enterprise, we take the next step by connecting trained personnel with structured home-based care while putting systems in place to support safe, coordinated, and reliable service delivery.
Care Enterprise focuses on providing home care services through trained personnel who are supported by clear processes and ongoing supervision. The aim is to ensure that care is not only provided, but provided consistently and responsibly.
Our care delivery system includes home care services, deployment of trained caregivers, EMR-enabled care coordination, continuous caregiver training, staff supervision and support, medication reconciliation and safety reviews, quality and patient safety reviews, outcome tracking and reporting, as well as risk identification and escalation.
The model is supported by Registered Nursed-led activation and oversight, structured care plans, clearly defined escalation pathways, and continuous monitoring. These systems help ensure that caregivers are not left to navigate complex care situations alone and that important changes in a client's condition can be identified and escalated appropriately.
Ultimately, Care Enterprise is about creating a system where trained people, proper processes, supervision, and accountability work together to deliver safe, coordinated, and reliable care.
